For Individuals
1:1 Nutritional Therapy for Adults
Available in Berlin or online
Many adults struggle with challenges like brain fog, low mood, digestive discomfort, or ongoing fatigue — often without the right kind of support. These issues are real, and they’re often linked to nutrition, gut health, and nervous system imbalances that deserve to be understood and addressed.
This service offers a compassionate, structured approach that respects your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore how targeted nutrition can support better digestion, mood stability, focus, and energy, while also creating a calmer relationship with food.
What We’ll Focus On:
👉 Identifying and correcting nutrient deficiencies
👉 Uncover the root cause behind your symptoms; understanding the why behind the what
👉 Supporting gut health and digestive regularity
👉 Balancing blood sugar to improve focus and reduce crashes
👉 Building routines that support how your brain and body work best
If you’re ready to get clarity around persistent food or gut challenges, these sessions provide a safe, judgment-free space to build strategies that work for you — not the other way around.

A nutritional therapist looks at the bigger picture — rather than just treating symptoms, I aim to understand the root causes behind what's going on. I take a personalised approach, using food, lifestyle changes, and sometimes functional testing to help support your body in the most effective way. My goal is to work with you one-on-one to create a realistic, targeted plan that supports your specific needs and goals.

Whether we’re meeting virtually (via video call) or in person in Berlin for a home visit, the first consultation is 90 minutes. This gives us time to explore your/ your child’s full health story — from digestion and diet to sleep, energy, lifestyle, habits, and environment. I’ll ask a range of questions to help me understand the bigger picture and how everything might be connected.
After this session, you’ll receive a personalised plan that’s tailored to your needs. This may include nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, feeding techniques, environmental tweaks, and suggestions for supplements or further testing if appropriate.
Follow-up sessions are shorter and focused on reviewing how things are going, making adjustments to the plan, and going over any test results if we’ve used them.

Currently, my services are not covered by German public health insurance. While nutritional therapy is recognised in Germany, coverage is typically limited to practitioners affiliated with specific German professional associations.
I am a registered practitioner with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) in the UK, where I completed my training with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy. I am fully insured to practice professionally. As a result, sessions are privately paid.
If you have private health insurance or supplementary coverage, it’s worth checking with your provider to see whether reimbursement may be possible.

Functional testing helps us understand what might be going on beneath the surface — especially in areas like digestion, nutrient levels, hormones, and detoxification, which can affect mood, focus, energy, and behaviour.
For neurodivergent individuals, these tests can offer insight into imbalances that may be contributing to things like gut issues, sensory sensitivities, or emotional regulation. These tests can involve samples like blood, stool, urine, or saliva, depending on what we’re looking to explore.
They can be a helpful tool in guiding a more personalised and targeted support plan.
