Hi, I’m Anna,

an English-speaking Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc Hons) and founder of NutritionMate, a nutrition service based in Berlin and online.

My work began with a focus on neurodivergent children and families. Over five years of working closely with children with autism and ADHD, I saw first-hand the struggles around picky eating, food aversions, and sensory challenges at mealtimes. I also saw how addressing nutrient gaps and using tailored strategies could make a huge difference—improving mood, behaviour, digestion, and confidence for both children and their parents.

Since then, my practice has naturally expanded to include teens and adults. Many of my clients come to me for support with gut health issues such as IBS, bloating, and fatigue, or to explore nutrition strategies that work in a neuro-affirming, realistic way. Whether it’s a child learning to try new foods or an adult wanting better digestion and energy, my approach combines evidence-based nutritional therapy with compassionate, practical guidance.

At NutritionMate, I provide evidence-based nutritional therapy and practical tools for:

  • Parents & caregivers of children and teens facing challenges like picky eating, food aversions, gut issues, ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities.

  • Adults — neurodivergent or not — navigating late diagnoses, digestive symptoms such as IBS or bloating, mood changes, or a complex relationship with food.

My approach is whole-person and food-first: blending nutritional science with behavioural insight to create real-life change. This might look like gently expanding food variety, addressing nutrient gaps, reducing mealtime stress, or supporting a calmer, more positive relationship with food.

Whether you’re a parent supporting a selective eater, or an adult wanting to improve gut health and feel more balanced, I’ll meet you where you are — helping you feel more confident, calm, and in control around food.
